Interview
3 interviews spaced apart
First they lie to you about benefits/work environment/expectations then they sell you on the great culture and training, of which there is minimal
Unlimitately you need to be writing down everything promised during the interview and make sure it's clearly in your contract with defined dates. And bring in HR as soon as possible if they've been dishonest about anything during the interview compared to what they're expecting while on the job
Or just cop it if you're desperate for the work
