Do you use AI for this work?
We use AI selectively, under human supervision and under strict protocols we teach to other businesses. When engaged properly and for the right tasks - like research, refining and stress-testing ideas, identifying gaps or producing the first draft of routine content - AI can help produce a superior product more efficiently.
However, we never trust AI with Critical Content. Strategy, messaging, writing and editorial judgement are always handled by experienced consultants who understand both the subject matter and the audience.
Can you work with sensitive or confidential material?
Yes. We regularly work with law firms, government agencies, financial services organisations and other clients where discretion is non-negotiable. Confidentiality is assumed, NDAs are welcomed and all information is handled with appropriate care.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope and complexity of the work. Thought leadership articles and executive content typically take one to two weeks, while messaging frameworks, website projects and white papers generally take between two and six weeks. We also offer sprint services, including Done in a Day and Pitch Perfect Express, which come with a 24-hour turnaround.
If you have a deadline, we’ll always work backwards from it.
